Is there any reason as to why our customer's shipping accost is not beingness transferred to PayPal and so I can automatically print shipping labels in my linked PayPal Business business relationship that is linked to this form?

I take already disconnected and reconnected to our PayPal business relationship to see if that fixes the trouble.
This feature was working (for multiple orders) and now is no longer working so it doesn't seem to be a problem with PayPal as we already contacted them. Payments are going through but not shipping addresses.

In the Payment settings, please try choosing the Address field in the Billing Address. After that, please click the Relieve button or Go on bottom.

It seems the issue is when a person uses the Straight Credit Card payment pick through the PayPal widget. If a customer pays through their PayPal business relationship they accept a shipping address and a characterization can be printed. If they pay with a Direct Credit Carte du jour Payment through the PayPal widget no aircraft address is sent to PayPal for a shipping label to be produced. Is at that place anyway this data can be sent from our Jotform to our PayPal business relationship so we can directly impress a shipping label regardless of how they pay?
Additionally - I had that gear up to Billing address and it reverted back to none each fourth dimension. I removed the Billing accost from the course, (since PayPal has billing information already and nosotros don't neb directly?? Is that correct?) and selected "Shipping address" where yous indicated, since now that is the only selection on the class. I refreshed the form and it still indicated Shipping address in that spot, so hopefully information technology sticks this fourth dimension. But I had form submissions later I did this and we are notwithstanding having the same problem, shipping accost is not existence sent to Paypal.

I am sorry to hear you are experiencing bug. The transactions you are referring to bear witness in PayPal as Website Payment Pro transactions, which ways they are beingness processed as direct credit card transactions. For those types of transactions, PayPal is not going to accept customer electronic mail address data like when someone uses their PayPal account to pay. (*My annotation: not sure why they addressed this equally we did not inquire PayPal almost email addresses, only almost shipping addresses to produce a aircraft label)
Every bit for the address information, that is going to depend on what Jotform is sending to PayPal on whether we would get that information also. As far as I call back, Jotform specifically does non ship this data to PayPal for directly credit card transactions then that would exist why we do non display it.

Our apologies for the inconvenience that you have experienced.
So, the response you received from PayPal is correct for our PayPal Business organization integration. When a respondent decides to pay via PayPal their business relationship information is sent to your account, which and then receives the Accost details.
However, if yous discover in the payment integration on your course, when you select 'Debit or Credit Carte' as the payment option, the just info requested is the payment details, so no Accost information volition be sent equally it is not requested.
If yous desire your PayPal integration to request Address information, yous can switch to PayPal Standard, which has an option to crave Shipment Accost.

Cheers for clarifying that. Tin can I switch the widget from PayPal Business to PayPal Standard ane. without messing upwards any previous or future orders two. even though I have a Business account with PayPal I can use the PayPal Standard widget?

Switching to a unlike payment field requires deleting your existing payment field. Instead of doing that, I would rather not switch to Paypal Standard but just disable the Straight Credit/Debit Carte (see image beneath) on your existing Paypal Busines payment field so you will not accept to delete a field. This way, your users will only accept to pay through Paypal (which likewise supports CC payment if they have cards attached on their Paypal account). This serves the same purpose as the Paypal Standard.
Anyway, if you lot withal prefer switching to Paypal Standard, you can do so but you volition accept to delete the existing payment field in your form. TY. I need to be able to accept both Straight Credit Menu Payments and PayPal Payments (for those without a PayPal account).
Which PayPal widget will allow for both payment methods (Straight Credit Card Payments and PayPal payments) AND also request the shipping address for those without a PayPal account (which will be sent thru API to PayPal and so we can print all shipping labels through PayPal) Is this possible? It looks like PayPal Standard does not permit for Directly Credit Carte Payments.
Basically, I demand to print all my shipping labels through PayPal, regardless of how they pay which would be credit card or PayPal. The PayPal account we are using is a PayPal Business account and we can accept both payment options. But I need to be able to produce a shipping characterization within PayPal for all orders regardless of how they pay.
I promise this makes sense.

Yes, nosotros do understand your reason for collecting the shipping address from your respondents. Unfortunately, as we take previously mentioned, it is not possible to request a shipping address via PayPal Business concern integration.
So, based on your requirements, it sounds like the all-time option for yous would exist to integrate the PayPal Pro integration as that integration will request for Billing Address and likewise allow users to pay via PayPal.
